  SB 360:        An  Act amending  the medical  assistance and                 
                 community  developmental  disabilities grants                 
                 appropriations in sec. 38, ch.  65, SLA 1993;                 
                 and providing for an effective date.                          
                                                                               
                 Co-chair Pearce  spoke in  support of  SB 360                 
                 and explained that since only $400,000 of the                 
                 $1.6M had been used in  FY94, this bill would                 
                 enable  grantees  to   complete  their   FY94                 
                 operations  having  a  zero-net general  fund                 
                 impact.    SB  360,   an  appropriation,  was                 
                 REPORTED out of committee with a "do pass."
